I’m a Geordie boy by birth and despite having lived in East Anglia for forty years I still follow the lost cause of Newcastle United.

I got to know Vince and Anne through a shared enjoyment of Musical Theatre and whilst winding down towards retirement as a Maths Teacher I was happy to accept the offer from Vince to help out with IOTB in a practical way, attending the wide range of awareness- raising events in schools, colleges, Open Days etc.

I have found this to be a really satisfying activity to be involved in and, now fully retired, I am honoured to have been asked to be a Trustee and to have the opportunity to keep spreading the word and help IOTB in raising awareness and offering support.
