November 2024 saw the launch of our new Charity film called ‘Rose’s Poem’. We premiered the film at our Charity Ball and were blown away by the response of everyone who watched it. We decided to enter the film for the Smiley Charity Film Awards 2025 with the aim of our message reaching a national audience. 

Last month we were excited to be invited to the Smiley Charity Film awards as a finalist in our category. The ceremony took place at Indigo @ The 02 and it was a fantastic evening celebrating videos created by lots of different charities from around the UK. Our host for the evening was Lisa Snowdon, with awards being presented by a variety of well known charity patrons including AJ Pritchard (from Strictly), Patsy Kensit and Jeff Brazier. 

Unfortunately we didn’t win, but we were thrilled that we made it to the final and were able to represent the charity on a national platform. Fingers crossed for next time!
